Fair Trade

Fair trade goods are purchased via the Traidcraft organisation.
Traidcraft was established in 1979 as a Christian response to poverty. It combines a trading company with a development charity and builds lasting relationships with producers to support people to trade out of poverty and works to bring about trade justice.

For more information about the Traidcraft organisation visit www.traidcraft.co.uk or to view the range of goods visit www.traidcraftshop.co.uk

Fair Trade at Our Lady of the Rosary

A Fair Trade stall is held at Our Lady of the Rosary church after 9:15am mass usually once a month and on an adhoc basis before the Saturday 6:30pm mass at Our Lady of the Rosary and after the Sunday 11:15am mass at Holy Rood.

There are a wide range of goods in stock including tea, coffee, chocolate, muesli, jam, marmalade and cookies plus the opportunity to place orders for future stalls.

Purchasing goods via this route individuals can really affect the lives of the producers.

The stall is run on a not for profit basis. For more information or to offer to help with any of the stalls please contact Helen Hurrell via the parish office.
